My windows media player is tripping out. I just got the computer fixed and now it is playing everything in crazy colors instead of the original colors. It's mostly a lime green color. What the hell do I do?

sounds like a graphic card driver issue. this has happened to me before with an ati card. uninstall the graphic card drivers, then download and re-install new ones. you probably have an nvidia or ati card. know which one? www.ati.com (http://www.ati.com) or www.nvidia.com (http://www.nvidia.com). drivers are available from the support section of your card's manufacturer's website.

p.s. make sure you uninstall the current drivers and reboot first before you reinstall.

the other issue is it could be problem with a codec, but i suspect the drivers. god basically is telling you to stop downloading porn.

Go to the Dell page for you comp model. Find the drivers section for it. Download the newest video drivers they have there and install.
