Lance Armstrong pumped out a 2:59 marathon today, yet another amazing athletics feat. It was also the first time in 30 years that a kenyan didnt win the mens or womens race. 2:09 for thw winning Brazilian dude. It was also Dean Karnazes 50th marathon in 50 days, ending his nationwide marathon tour.

i heard he averaged less than a 7 minute mile for 26.2 miles. i think thats pretty good. im a huge lance fan and it was cool to see all the runners shut up who said he would do horribly or not even complete it.

and doug to this day there is no evidence to say that lance is a doper

Dean is incredible. A couple years ago he ran like 250 miles straight if I remember correctly. He has a book out thats pretty interesting if your into running at all

yeah dean is a badass, i read that book. these damn kenyans are averaging around 4:45 mile pace all the way
