The June contest IS a UST stop, it replaces the contest that used to be held at Long Beach Island.... the traditional September contest (sept. 10-11 this year) is not a Skim USA points-accredited event.

it is NOT a UST stop the jersey contest got replaced by the one in France.. it is however a stop on the skimUSA tour for points for both the tour and skimUSA team

Memberships run by calendar year, not by contest dates. If you haven't competed in 2011, you need to pay the Skim USA dues to compete in Sea Bright.

whats up with parking at the beach the contest is at?

If you're competing you need to be on the beach by 8 a.m. for check-in, so you'll have no trouble parking in the Sea Bright Municipal Parking lot (It's the main lot in the center of town, and there will be a digital sign directing you to SkimBash parking.)
