Media Center - No Upload?

I can't figure out where the upload button is on the media center page. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

You have to register first, then its at the top in the little mini title bar:

thanks for the diagram. the media center database is about to be wiped, so I would save the upload for a week and wait for version 2.0

Does that mean any photos currently in there are going to be gone? Or is it being saved?

they are gonna be gone. Cause I dont think its worth 800 bucks it would cost to save them. Users can re-upload them if they want.
