for a master bedroom yes. For that price and it being about 10-15 mins away from the beach it may be pretty spacious.

It's pretty darn reasonable, that includes everything (all utilities, digital cable, high speed internet, washer and dryer in house)

although i couldnt honestly say its a bargain, yes this is pretty reasonable for aliso viejo, you aren't getting ripped off; he isn't making money off you living w/ him.

just rent for most apartments around here (and the greater area including irvine, newport, etc) starts around 1.2k or 1.5k and go up from there.

FInd a master bedroom that is honestly 10 (2 minutes on EL Toro, 8 or so on the 133) minutes away from Laguna, that has everything included, digital cable high speed internet, 2 pools, a gym and i will accept that. You won't trust me
