Registration for the 2010 SkimBash, Sept. 11-12, Sea Bright, New Jersey is now open. You can download a registration form at www.skimbash.com

This year, SkimBash 2010 is a Skim USA-sanctioned event, so the rules have changed a bit from previous years. The biggest change you should be aware of is that there are absolutely no beach entries. This is a Skim USA rule and is strictly enforced. If you want to participate in the SkimBash, you must register in advance.

I'm so excited to have Skim USA as our organizer this year. Their backing boosts the Sea Bright skimboarding contest to true Pro/Am status, which will attract the top skimboarding talent from across the country, and ensures an action-packed, very exciting two days of skimming.

All participants receive a free event T-shirt, and a goody bag packed with surprises that you won't believe. And don't forget, contestants eat free -- that's breakfast and lunch both days. And pros: you are skimming for a $2,000 purse!

Visit our new web site: www.SkimBash.com for contest details, local accommodation information, and more.

Anyone can compete; it's a lot of fun whether you win or lose. And don't forget, just for registering, you get a goody bag worth at least $50, event shirt, breakfast & lunch, and lot of other goodies throughout the day.

Everyone skims on Saturday and only those who advance in their heats will skim on Sunday, when we run the semi-finals and finals.
