*IMPORTANT UPDATE*
-Due to high tide not being until 6:30pm, we are going to have check in at 12pm Saturday afternoon and run the contest into the evening! Sunday heats will START at 8am.
The single largest competition in collegiate skimboarding will be held on April 10th and 11th(2 day event) in Vilano Beach, FL(The best waves on earth). Over twelve schools will be competing against each other representing both themselves and their school. Thousands of dollars in prizes will be given out and fun will be had by all. The beach will be flooded with media and you may end up either in the paper, on the news, or in ForeverSkim Magazine!
The Flatland Fun Fest will also be held after the wave riding heats are finished on Saturday, and is open to all competitors for no additional cost.
Entry:*
NCSA Members- $25
Non-Members- $35
*You must be a full time college student(enrolled in at least 12 credit hours) in order to enter this contest, no exceptions.
There will be a pro division if we have a minimum of 3 pros enter.

Some local hotels right next to the contest site include:
-The Hampton Inn & Suites(Delicious continental breakfast and hot tub)
-Ocean View Lodge(Has an ocean view!)
-Magic Beach Hotel(Kinda sketch)
-Ocean Blue Motel(Weak pool)
There are tons more hotels located just over the bridge, they're cheaper and just as good, but you can't walk to the beach.
