DivX help please

I downloaded utorrent and Divx. I just finished dowloading a movie and it wontplay on Divx. When I FF or RW can see the picture but it just won't play. What should I do?

VLC player is were its at

normally all videos are either coded into

.avi, .mpg, .mp4, divx, xvid, .mkv, .ogm, and H264 (i might have missed some) but anyways the Codec Pack i gave you should help


do u know what kind of filetype it is?

it might be a real video file. thats the only codec vlc cant play
