Yeah you have to decipher a sequence of letters and numerals shown on the rego page and type them into a text box.
They are becoming more difficult to read because there is software out there that can crack 97% of the codes automatically.

yeah, i noticed that it was a little difficult too. but if you are not retarded you can figure it out... and there are enough retards on here already...

it seems to me like sometimes its much more difficult than other times, being that I have done it a bunch of times and all..
