Fresh baked sub rolls, great food, cheap prices.
Sorry, I know this is an "ad",,, so mods, if you have to take it down, I apologize, but I just had to do it, just once.

as you probably already know, the strength of a sub shop lies in the quality of their bread. Serve shitty bread, and your business will suck. Looking at you, Blimpie.
Jim that's awesome, I'm definately coming through next time I'm in brevard. Haven't seen you or doreen since like the venice comp years ago
i have a suggestion. grilled wraps. a sandwhich wrap that you stick in a panini sandwich press for a minute at the end. beach crowd would probably love these as they are delicious and still pretty healthy. they were a big hit at a deli in hawaii. contents can be whatever you'd stick in a regular sandwhich or wrap (or burrito even). a chicken ranch one, maybe one full of veggies, etc. not sure if your town already has these, but these could make you famous.

I second what bart suggested, and I would also do a Hawaiian one, with blackened chicken and pineapple.

I'd skip the fag drink in the picture- he said he opened in downtown Cocoa- not South Beach Miami.
We go down to Cocoa every Easter- I'll be sure to go there. Good Luck- Deli's are tough businesses. Got to offer something unique- to remember you by.
Congrats!
I've always wanted to open a restaurant even knowing the work involved.
We'll definitely stop in if we're ever in the area.

in dutchland, the meat goes on the outside and the bread goes on the inside.
Congrats Jim!! Best of luck to you!! Now you no longer have to call in "sick" to go surf or skim. Being your own boss definitely has its perks...

HAHAHA... so this morning i show up at work and there's a bunch of pennies thrown on the ground in front of the shop. no kidding. (without PMing him even, how weird is that?)
i've never called in sick to surf or skim my whole working life, i always worked nights so i had my days free.
now i guess i'll have to call in sick, but at least the boss won't get mad. :p
but getting up at the crack of dawn has it's perks in florida with the morning glass waves.
i'll still find time to play. you got to. it keeps you young.
and i had a banging lunch crowd today, so stoked. ok, back to work now.
