thet water isnt really that cold but the air temp can get pretty chilly in the mornings. All through winter i wear a wettie, but sumer/spring/autumm is boardies all the way.

Perth has the most consistent/best capital city skim easily, though it doesnt have the best skim in aus thats for sure
