After reviewing the play, yeah he's strapped.

But I've heard Scrappy from LES has landed widdlys from sider connections, without straps.

it isnt straps , i bet its the xtrack skyhook or whatever. you can run drop and get on with it still. ill go find a vid with it if not ill ms paint it

edit: and it was with out straps in sterno.
