my computer has been completely taken over by spyware and adware, I've never seen it this bad. Spysweeper didn't work to get rid of any of it, and neither did AdAware. Now two programs have been loaded onto my computer (XPAntiSpyware and AntiSpywareXP) without my asking, and I can't get rid of them using add/remove programs in the control panel. WTF do I do

Google the fix for them. They have scripts that can be run in safe mode to edit your registry and get rid of them. Then once you do that run Windows Defender or Spybot with latest updates to make sure everything else is off.

Then download AVG antivirus free version and run it with latest updates. After that you should be gold.

good luck trying to get that stuff off, the best bet would be to back all your stuff up to disk and reinstall windows on it. best wishes.
