Yeah, I forgot that if the video isn't professionally made and hosted at ObamaIsGod.com then it has no relevance.

the end starts to stray a little, but the analysis of the housing bubble is pretty legit. Another factor is that Greenspan Bush haphazardly lowered interest rates to stimulate the economy, anyone who has studied trends in Real Estate (as I have) knew what was coming.

The sad thing is wacky Ron Paul was the only canidate who predicted this. (and he's actually one of the most educated ones in economic ideas)

2005 was a little late with Mccain.

Ron Paul called it in the 90's.

True. It starts dragging and getting off point.

So what is your thought?

Was there too much regulation or not enough?

Ron Paul is an economic God.

I can only imagine what your view of a real economist is then.

Its all regulated. Its not a matter of more or less. Everything you can do and cant do is spelled out in the rules. The rules were wrong. Nothing was done.

Catching this in 2005 would have been an order of magnitude better than 2008. So a little late, maybe. But still a lot earlier than what we wound up with.
