torn deltiod

anyone here tear their deltiod? its a ligament on on the top outside of your foot connecting the top of your foot to your ankle. i tore it along with the ligament on the inside of my foot. im in alot of pain and my foot is the size of my sneaker. and its purple. i went to the docter and he just wrapped it in some medical tape.

that pisses me off. You lay down a sizable co-pay, walk into the dr.'s office, and he says, "yup, its hurt. Try to stay off of it for a while. Here's some Walgreens Medical tape."

You go home hurt and he gets in his porsche with his baseball bat looking for bad driver's on the road.
