no long beach gets no skim, and skimboarding is not allowed on half of the beaches in long beach so dont even bother there. I caught Pointlook out on a really high tide once and it was really good but they moved sand around and destroyed one of the best breaks in long beach for surfing. as you go more towards lido and all the beaches west of that they are all flat beaches with nice surf breaks.

word, my dad lived in bayshore for about 1000 years (hes almost 60) but i think theyd just pull life guard and concessions support from it and move it to another beach, or just close the concession and have the people talk to another, who knows. But they are forced either way to rebuild the beaches, it endagers far more then a spending limit.
