OBX Vacation

I'm planning a vacation to Nags Head the second week in August. Never skimmed the area before. I was just wondering about the conditions/ restrictions etc. Our house is at the Albatross St. access.

also i made a homemade version of the Banshee Bungee. Wondering if it would be a hassle to try to use it there.

I think i'm going to try out my bungee tonight at the lake... if not there then at least in the driveway on my skateboard... should be interesting... i'll try to get some footy of it and post it
