Yao cats...I just got an email from my old public relations boss who just informed me that WB 11 is looking for skimboarders to be on live TV. WB 11 is covering the sandcastle contest in Belmar on Wed. and would like to film some skimmers before the event takes place.
I will be in class that day but feel this is a great opportunity to not only showcase skimboarding but our local talent and pros.
Here is the email from my boss:
This Wednesday (7/9) do you want to show Larry Hoff of WB 11 news to
skim board? You and a few buddies can be on TV. It must be done in
Belmar before the sandcastle contest.
For anyone who is interested please call or text me, Greg Casha, at 732-757-6004. I need to know ASAP so my boss can confirm with the TV people. Ted O., Stratton, Sicky, Drew---i hope you guys can make it out.
