my problem is I'll have to switch how I hold the board as well. I almost think it would be easier for me to learn BFF switch than to change how I drop and get on the board at the same time. But I'll try it b/c I'm gnar like that. I'll probably have it first try.

how is a water drop easier back foot first than front foot? That makes no sense. Your back foot pushes the entire rest of the board up, where in a FFF your foot would land almost in the center of the board./
This would be the case if you did not know how to get on the board correctly. Anyone that has a quality drop jumps on with back foot above or at the top of the tailpad in the center of the board.

Youtube videos are good to an extent, but I keep trying to pause them to find the precise moment where I (and any other BFFers) are getting more from our drop. I know its there, but with the tools at hand its hard to prove visually. It certainly can be proven though.

im gonna stick it out with the trusty front foot
maybe i suck but i tried it and either fell, or somthing was blocking me in my mind where i would always just on front foot first. i can do it on grass or even slide around on the dry sad on the beach but its so hard without switching my hands around. when i do switch them it feels awkward as shit;t.
I was skating today and it came to me, the main reason i step on FFF is because of my skating background. I was used to stepping on my board FFF so it just seemed natural to do the same with skimming.

I get on front foot first but sometimes I'll get on back foot first when I begin my drop on the wrong foot when running. florida.

It is.
Aaron, just post the grady/derek clip again (nothing meant by that Derek, it's just a good example) to give them a visual.

good think I didn't discuss that a couple pages back... Luff it's ok, we should make FFF a requirement for Team DBAG.

So..
1.) After Aaron's and Noog's extensive input.
2.) Youtube videos.
3.) And a description of the simple mechanics in it all..
No one here is still arguing the fact that there is no difference or advantage, correct?
