i just saw this press release a little while ago. looks like really fun conditions for a contest...can we expect a sweet video as usual?

well derek, i won't make a video, i took 800 pictures, and there will be an article about the championship on our soon to be releasead mag.

but some friends filmed it, and the zap guys filmed it also, i think chris rudolph was filming but i don't remember exactly if it was him filming.

So there will be a portuguese home made mini video, and i think a USA professionally made zap video about this championship and trip, because as we speak they are skimming around portugal for this whole week (the zap team)

oh and also skim legend ivan ashauer was also here with us.

Just checked out his site and yeah there is some sick skim pics under the sports section. A couple look like that sider spot that has like a man made wall. I saw some videos of it with that guy hugo riding it. Anyone know if those are still up somewhere?

yeah it's paço de arcos go to skimportugal.com under the multimedia section, go to videos, and click on the "paço de arcos" video. and you'll see it.

i made it, and it's mainly hugo riding the sider.
