Nobody with any intelligence claims that. What they do, is they make great hitters better than they would be.

thats why Albert Pujols is the best hitter in baseball. he is not juiced up on anything illlegal.he is just one of the rare gems that purely has figured out the game of hitting a baseball...he is just rediculous and if he stays on track he will be the best hitter ever to play the game...not to mention he grew up half an hour from me.
