In the first picture on the wave, it looks a little hazy or something right there, but it looks like a person on a wave. Maybe its just someone in the water, I dunno.

See the last person on the beach towards the camera - the person farthest from the pier sitting down? The person I see in the water is on the wave directly seaward of that person sitting down.
