SkimMag issue #16

Sorry I'm late on this one, turns out my friend stole my issue from me, hence didn't recieve it, but I stole it back. hah, anyways, what did you think of it? Thought it was pretty sick. The Cabo shots were good-great, what really kicked them up was the B Rothe shots. The Bruticus was gnarly, Beaker is crazy on that thing I want to try it. Diggin' a lot of the Beaker and Koty shots... the interview, however, was discouraging. Foreverskim's are better in that they are in depth to the person's life and contain info interesting to know about the person. SkimMag is like a phone call from friend to friend, I dunno, could've been better. The SouthSide contest writeup was sick and photos were RAD, and seeing the flatland in there was nice. The Aliso contest section had SICK pics and good content overall. The section on the rider poll awards made them look well-organized and stuff, which it wasn't. Overall it was a sick issue, jsut wish the skimmag.com website would work... LIARS! What did you think?!

And thanks about the rider poll awards, from what i heard/read about it in FSM and on here the days after, made me think that it was really a mess, with people drinking and stuff. But then again, in the Skimmag article i thought it had gone real good.

And the only thing i was dissappointed on is that the koty interview was just suddenly over.I did like how BCS (he did the interview i believe) and koty had a real "friends" vibe over them.

how is issue 17 ? at the end of 16 it stood that there'd be more Flatland in "the next issue"

Watch in the Koty interview where BCS interviews then it switches to Butch and they ask the exact same questions. Funny
