Camping Hawaii

I have free plane tickets anywhere in the US and wanted to go camping somewhere warm during my spring break. I'm thinking about organizing a camping trip to Hawaii with a couple of friends. I don't know much about the islands and was wondering if anyone could offer some help as to what island would offer the best camping and hiking conditions. Thanks alot.
