...arent that pretty. my baby had his 2nd seizure this year and today he had actually 4 in a row which is not good. i spent the whole day at the vet hoping hell be ok. hes at home with us now but were keeping an eye on him 24/7.
not good what the doctor said but also its not a final say. she said his heartbeat was way high when we took him in and it could be because hes not getting enough oxygen to his brain. im really upset, have any of u guys experienced ur dog have a seizure??? it was honestly the most horrible thing ive seen.
i hope he gets better :(

just had to blurt something out, sorry if u dont care and had to read this

What kind of dog is it? My friend has a dog that will run around and hit walls, start barking and yelping and twitching. Gotta feel bad for em.

i have a shiba inu and he has seizures about every 3-5 months, he usually just like will start shaking and come up to my dad or mom and like try to climb on top of them, my dad just sits with him and pets him and quietly talks to him, they last for about 20 min. or so and then he's good to go, i hope your's aren't very serious

he's a golden retriver lab mix only 4yrs old. im not sure if in their breed they're prone to getting seizures but he got one last year and one in august this year relatively small and no biggy. but today was a whoooole diff. story. he had about 2 that lasted 7 minutes but hes so heavy all i can do is watch and that try to make it better.
i absolutely love shiba inu's. the ones with white fur look like baby polar bears. he has 20 min seizures? has he gotten checked yet?
well theyre unsure of what is causing them but there nothing wrong with his blood sooooo all we can do is wait. i just hope i dont have to wake up in the middle of the night and haul ass to the emergency vet.

shiba inu's, the ones that look like little foxes, they're 20 minuteish but like he just freaks out laying down shaking and we've gotten them checked out

See we do care, and we all hope your dog is ok. We have a dog, and he is like one of the family. He is a j gordon too (Jake), see like I said he is one of the family, so I know how you feel about your dog. ''Godspeed"

I just read about seizures, and for people there is medication. Is there something your dog can take?

my dog started having siezures about two years ago. they used to only be every once a while and he would have like 3 a day then not for months but then he started getting them weekly. it made him literally brain damaged. he didnt know who he was. where he was, nothing. we put him down about 2 months ago

its okay jake, all is forgiven. but yeah Jeepchik, hope hes okay.
my dog was basically dying last year and he looked horrible. the vet said he was just getting old. (hes 13 I think...) I was worried but hes okay now, actually hes great. an amazing change from last year, he runs and jumps and is normal.
hope your dog can get better.

Sometimes people & dogs have seisures at a certain time. Keep a record of your dogs seisures, and you may be able to put him in a safe place during that time.
