I double click on setup.exe and nothing happens

The wheel spins like it's loading,but nothing happens.

Yeah you fucked yourself over, I hope it's a case of a zipped folder with a trial from the adobe website, if you just googled CS3 then downloaded some 100kb program claiming to be photoshop, you screwed up...

How big is the file? If its under a megabyte you've got a virus.
