That code you posted in your first post...that is the embed code you copied off of youtube...you were on the right track...

next you copy the value link (http://www.youtube.com/v/sK4ahGYyebY) ...or the embed src link (both are the same) out of that code...and you post it betwen [SWF] tags.

it will look like this...minus the ... i put in the swf tags.
