how come the message board link goes to a new page while the media center link goes on the same page?

good question. i was sick of having it open a new window everytime so i just made it one of my homepages.

on the interact page of skimonline. when you click "message board" it opens a new window.

I went to go fix it and the coding looks right. additionally, when I click on media center at the bottom of the front page, it opens in a new window.

sure you werent clicking somewhere else?

i clicked on the message board link right now and it still opens to a new window. the media center one is fine.
