Folsom Lake

There is no ocean in the Sacramento area but we make the best of what we’ve got. We head out to Folsom Lake for some good skate style skimming. Discovery Park

Discovery has a really good spot to ride on the Sacramento River. The sand is super smooth and the skim is long. Lots of boats, big and small, drive by throwing up fat wakes to ride. Paradise Beach

This is a sweet spot and it is where skimfest was held last year!! It has a killer skim spot to the left of the levy down along the shore. It is located directly next to Sac State College along the river. It is off of the 65th exit off of the freeway. View Larger Map Continue »
